Graphing calculators are used often in Algebra class but are not easily accessible. We do not have enough for all classrooms to have a set of graphing calculators. Higher level classes get first dibs on the use of graphing calculators. There is just not enough in our budget to buy additional graphing calculators. The earlier we can begin using graphing calculators, the higher level of understanding of mathematics our students may obtain. With this donation, my students will have daily use of graphing calculators. This will give students the ability to understand the complex mathematics concepts and applications and possibly allow more students to move forward in their mathematics education.
