I am a 2nd grade teacher in a high needs, low income, Title I school. Our students are primarily English Language Learners. Our school is 70% ELL and 100% free lunch/breakfast for all students. I have an incredible group of 26 students who have so much potential in them. Each and every one of my students have gained a place in my heart, they're such kindhearted, noble, and passionate individuals.Every day these students walk into the classroom eager to learn and ready to face any challenge that's put in front of them. These kids spend long hours at school every day and yet, every single day they're excited to be here and ready to take on whatever is put in front of them. It truly amazes me how determined and dedicated these young minds of theirs are.

About my class
