Growing up in the Bronx can be extremely difficult for any individual, but it is even more difficult when you are an adolescent who is trying to make the right decisions and further your education. Many obstacles will come your way and you must be prepared to overcome and shine through those difficult times. Through these books, they will be able to visualize a world they have only heard about and make real world connection with each character.
