Reading is fundamental for elementary-aged children. The headphones will give my students access to phenomenal reading programs to increase their love for reading and assist with their ability to read for information. Additionally, my students are required to complete a district-level computerized reading assessment, which requires headphones. This assessment allows struggling readers the opportunity to have the passage read to them. However, without available headphones, my students can't hear the passage being read to them. My students will be extremely appreciative of headphones and the obstacle removed by having available headphones in the classroom. Thank you for considering this gift!
