My students are enthusiastic, curious, critical thinkers. They are all very different; some with autism, several in gifted and talented, a few in English Language Learner programs, and others in occupational therapy struggling to form letters on a page. However, they all share the same thirst for knowledge and come eager to learn! At our school 40% of the students are on free or reduced lunch but 100% of our students are eager to meet the challenges of a rigorous and engaging curriculum. Every student is held to high expectations and supported as they soar to their full potential. Our entire building is charged with positive energy and a spirit of team work. I could feel this the moment I walked into the building and immediately wanted to be a part of it!
