The drafting tabletops I have requested will be used in the classroom to assist my students in creating professional-like Graphic Novel short stories. Using the Artists drafting and sketch board with a drafting T-square will allow the students to customize their original comics or graphic novel panes or frames as well as off-set or overlap panels. Using these materials will give my students the experience of being professional graphic novelists. By donating to our project, you will help the students' creative juices flow freely when they can feel like professional graphic novelists. I will have stations for drafting their graphic novels either on a computer or by hand. The materials will be used in the classroom as stations for students who have reached the point of drafting their story and want to create their story on paper.
