The materials, The Hoberman Sphere and salt lamp, that I am requesting for my room will help my students deal with stress, conflicts and trauma. Having a peaceful corner allows students to self regulate and return to their work and peers. Research shows that being mindful, especially during the school day, helps students to learn and feel good. I have always tried to achieve a clam place for my students. I have now learned many new ways to do this and the items that I am requesting will help me achieve my goal. I am excited to use what I have learned to help my studetns, but I need your help!
