My students need headphones to engage in literacy and listening activities. This will help them to master both English and Spanish. On a daily basis, my students use headphones listen to book on CD and use computer programs to help them gain proficiency in both languages. It will give them the opportunity to focus on their reading tasks without the external noise of a classroom distracting them. We need several sets of ink for our classroom so students have the opportunity to create their books and projects. For example, my students published several books that they wrote, printed, and read for their parents. The students are so proud of the works that they create.
