My students would use the resources I have asked for in a variety of ways. We would be able to use the various workbooks to not only have Common Core aligned assessments but also worksheets that can be used to reinforce taught concepts/skills. These resources would also allow the students to have homework that is tied to their appropriate grade rather than teacher made materials. With these materials we will also be able to completely submerge ourselves in the Common Core, practice our "I can" statements, become familiar with the academic vocabulary we will be seeing on upcoming standardized assessments, and incorporate higher levels of thinking that is essential. The materials would also provide examples of data that would be used to monitor progress, areas of strengths and areas of weakness that may need to be retaught. I believe these resources will have a great impact on our classroom
