I am asking for twenty-six copies of "Hidden Figures" and five K'NEX kits. With these books and materials, we can launch a new novel study with a book that a lot of my students really want to read. There is nothing better than holding a new book in your hands, awaiting for you to be the first to open and touch its pages. I want my students to have the opportunity to read a book that has an impact on student's lives. I also want them to learn about science and creating new projects with the materials. My students don't have money to buy their own books or materials, you are making a difference in their lives by giving them access to something that can change who they are. Thank you.

About my class
