I teach a wonderful and inquisitive group of Transitional Kindergarteners in California. They are an enthusiastic group who learn best using multiple modalities of teaching, especially through play and hands-on materials. The diversity of our school population has grown greatly over the past 10 years. Many of them are beginning to learn basic pre-academic, motor and self-care skills. They are inquisitive about our world and how things work. At the same time, they are working on controlling their bodies, learning to make friends and following directions. I love guiding them to be the best little people they can be and watching their year of amazing growth!
