Our school library has NO technology for the students to learn 21st century computer-based learning skills. As the library/media specialist in our school, I am trying to help them improve their ability to think critically and creatively in their approach to learning, also to grasp an understanding of the computer technology around them in everyday life. I cannot begin to teach them what I can without computers. Computers are not just for games and repetitive practice but necessary for an integrated approach to learning, inquiry based and experientially fueled. We need a class set of computers dedicated to library/media matters.

About my class
