The Osmo would give each student an opportunity to use problem solving skills while exploring the advancements in technology. These kits would allow students to develop math, reading, and problem solving skills that can carry them into the real world. The Osmo is a tool that will allow the student to learn in a thought provoking unique way. It is a tool that will allow students that need that extra challenge to develop higher level thinking skills, while also allowing those struggling students to practice skills being taught in the classroom. The Osmo will allow them to practice skills, such as letters, sounds, numbers, subitizing, counting, and fine motor skills. The tangrams and coding software will allow them to challenge their spacial relationships as well as their thought process of planning ahead. The project will allow them to practice these skills which will further advance their knowledge of all skills practiced, which will in turn help them to strive higher and succeed in a way that they are unable to without these special tools.
