Every Kid, Every day. This year our motto resounds as it has never been. The challenge to meet the various needs of our children in one class is increasing. with proper planning and organization and the use of technology the one teacher is more capable of addressing more students at one time. Head phones have become an instrumental tool in our classrooms. In the area of learning it gives the teacher the capability to set work, advice and practice at each students instructional level in reading or math. Small group learning , timeout, and boredom for the more advance students can be easily addressed.
