The iPad will enable students to create a digital book that is relevant to their lives. It will encourage them to present a topic they are interested in a creative way using 21st century strategies. By using the iPad, kindergarten students will be able to create, organize, and author their own book. They will be able to write their own pages in books by writing sentences and illustrating them all on the iPad. The iPad will motivate the kindergarteners to do their best possible work because they are sharing it with their peers. This will provide much needed encouragement for students from a low economic background.

About my class
