My classroom is made up of wonderfully unique children who come from low income and at risk families. Each child has a different background and family life however, I believe they all are capable of achieving greatness and my job is giving them the tools needed to reach that greatness. At this age children learn through everything they do even through (what adults would consider) failure they learn. Thomas Edison said "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Children learn most through play even though they are unaware they are learning.

About my class
