Research has shown, utilizing technology in my classroom helps to keep students engaged. I have found that when we give our students writing or reading assignments, they will spend more time using a tablet or computer than they will using pen and paper. This generation is tech savvy and we want to give our students every possible opportunity we can. Having 3 iPads in our classroom will benefit all my students as they are exposed to all the learning aides that apple has available, of which there are many. The iPads will be used for Art, Science, Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies and also general game time when the students are rewarded for the great work they do.
