Extra! Extra! Read all about it... Many of my students have not acquired the skill of reading for pleasure and I would like them to dive into engaging stories that increase their interest in reading. The Storyworks magazines offer an engaging and colorful reading source that covers our standards. In our current technology crazed times, it's more important that ever to encourage reading. Reading is an important life skill that all students are required to develop, why not make it interesting for them? Storyworks also offers each student an in class item that can be taken home and shared or discussed with their family.
