My students need a laptop to help enhance their learning during small group counseling and math sessions. I tutor in math and I have lunchtime math groups of fourth and fifth graders. The purpose of my groups is to provide enrichment. A new laptop will allow my students access to games and activities that focus on science, technology, engineering and math that we use during character and career (STEM) development. This will allow students to have access to a wealth of information and resources during our sessions. A new laptop will provided countless resources for enhancing education and making learning more fun and effective during our counseling sessions. A new laptop would provide instant access to information which will help to supplement my students' learning. A laptop will ultimately help prepare my students for the future, where new technology is developing everyday.
