The students in our classroom are individual learners with unique learning styles. Whether students are auditor learners that learn through sound and music, verbal learners that prefer words and writing, or kinesthetic learners that prefer to use their hands and sense of touch, the OSMO learning system will engage each type of learner. The OSMO is an engaging learning system that consists of award-winning gaming accessories that are used in conjunction with a learning device such as an iPad. The OSMO games include a variety of literacy, math, spatial reasoning, and coding features that offer a hands-on interactive learning experience. The OSMO will be placed in both literacy and math rotations. By having the OSMO learning system as a part of our classroom, students will be able to incorporate technology in their independent learning centers. It is my goal to foster an engaging and enjoyable learning environment that will provide meaningful learning opportunities that will promote academic success.
