I am excited to say that this is my first year of teaching, and my students have made every bit of it worthwhile. I teach at a low-income elementary school in southwest Atlanta and I am so fortunate to serve students that are so eager to learn. They are determined to beat the odds and they come to school everyday with an energy that is positive and pursuant of all dreams. Any teacher would be delighted to teach them. I work diligently to ensure that they are receiving the most rigorous, hands-on learning that they deserve. We incorporate STEM in our curriculum so that students are submerged into innovative activities, needed to keep up with our vastly growing world. I look forward to exposing my students to new experiences. Please help us have a successful academic year!
