I have a class of 19 Kindergartner from varied backgrounds and abilities. We are a Title 1 school with a rising 54% free lunch rate. I have students in my class who come from many different backgrounds and bring different talents and abilites to the classroom. My class is unique because almost 1/3 of my class are special education students who have greatly benefited from the 6 Cs of STEAM education. We work each day to improve creativity, cooperation, collaboration, communication, citizenship, and critical thinking. I hope you will consider donating to my project to allow my students the hands-on materials to fully implement STEAM in my classroom.
