This project will be used for an extracurricular after-school program. Students will be able to sign up for activities that they need or want to do. Boxing helps students with their emotions, as well as giving them an outlet to practice safe self-defense. I like to tell my students "We are a team, we work together, we play together, we use self-control, and we are proud to be scholars." Students need to bring happiness and social-emotional stability into the classroom and home environment to function appropriately and safely
