Students will apply the Elements of Art to each pencil drawing, using different types of line with these numbered lead pencils. Students will draw at a higher level applying the correct lead for the different shades of value with their artwork. Line will create a shape, adding value will create form, and texture with these pencil drawings. Students will use all materials donated for each thumbnail, and layout drawings, for each project created through out the school year. The color markers will allow students the ability to create different types of color theory to their artwork. This will create individual styles and techniques within each students artwork. The students will be lead on a path of success in 21st century applying pencil and color theory to their drawings through out the school year.
