Many of my students want to learn games they can play that are fun and can improve their reaction time, reflex, and hand-eye coordination. Students also want to learn and practice skills that can transfer to other sports and activities. Sports with hand implements that require focus and are fast pace have been shown to increase mental focus. Table tennis is a great game to get the students to work on the skills mentioned above and with the proper equipment, you can play indoors or outdoors. The students will learn these skills in a cooperative manner and build up to compete with each other. The table tennis table will give students a fun and fast-paced​ activity to participate in.
