Typically, special education teachers don't have classrooms to service their students, therefore, we can be found in the hallways, alcoves, and basements of a school building with next to no supplies. My students would benefit from these iPads because they will be able to use them to target specific skills they are struggling with in any particular subject area. Along with direct instruction from a teacher, these student can use various apps on the iPads to reinforce skills they already have and strengthen skills in which they are weak. I will also be able to use the iPads to track each student's progress toward their own annual goals indicated in their IEPs. Special education students would benefit from this donation for years to come!
