Our school is a STEAM based school and because of this we are always trying to find ways to include technology into every classroom and subject. Before Hurricane Irma hit, my students loved using our classroom tablets during independent work. Unfortunately our tablets no longer work. With these four requested iPads, I will be able to direct my students to use them during their independent work time and center time. Having four iPads in my classroom will be a tremendous help in providing differentiated instruction and gathering crucial data about my students’ progress. Students will be able to use the technology to go to educational programs such as i-Ready reading and math, Starfall, ABCya, National Geographic for kids, and Reflex Math. All of these apps will target specific needs of my children in an interactive and engaging way. The iPad cases will ensure that our iPads are safe and have a long life to benefit many children in the upcoming years. The possibilities and opportunities for my students will be endless. We thank you for your support.
