With technology being so dominant today, my students do not have enough opportunities to get real books into their hands. These books, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens," would not only provide my students with an opportunity to read in class, but the content of the book could potentially change their lives. So many young people are so fixed in their mindsets about who they are and what they can accomplish in this life. Giving them as many resources as possible to help them learn about themselves, set and accomplish goals, and build quality relationships is so crucial in their development. These books would serve as one of the main resources for them in my course, and I honestly believe they will make a significant impact on who they become.
