These tablets will enable students to learn on their own using math and reading apps, which will then allow me to work directly with struggling students in smaller groups. Small group instruction is essential for differentiating to meet each child's needs. No child learns the same, but every child is capable of learning. Any child can learn anything at any age; as teachers, we must meet each child at their level. By allowing most of the class to use learning apps after teaching the class as a whole group, I can work directly with the remaining students who need extra attention.
