My students are lucky enough to attend a school where they have access to individual Chromebooks each day. We use the Chromebooks daily in our classroom for completing research, listening activities, writing exercises, creative projects like book reports, and many other learning activities. My students are also required to take school, district, and state assessments often that require them to have headphones. Many of the families of my students cannot afford to provide this necessary classroom tool for their children. Good equipment that is functional and reliable would help my students to perform better on assessments and increase their productive time in the classroom.
