Many of my students struggle with higher level math activities due to their lack of knowledge. My goal is to help them gain the knowledge and critical thinking skills they'll need for life, work, and beyond. These Chromebooks will enhance the engaging instruction that I strive to create in my class. Students will be able to access websites that will meet them at their current academic level and build them up. My students participate in differentiated instruction daily and rotate to 3 centers; one of which involves the use of technology. Because I service 78 students I have a hard time keeping students fully engaged and focused without having computer issues due to outdated technology. Technology is now a major component in education. With this new technology my students will be able to aide in their learning by being actively involved and fully focused without having to deal with hardware issues.
