We will be using the metal stools as alternate seating at our small group tables. I want these two areas of our classroom to stand out from our regular seating so that they know when they come to the metal seating area their minds are in our working zone and they have to be totally focused. These stools are also easy to move around our room for different lessons. These items will help my students stay engaged in our learning time without distractions and with the alternate seating my students will see how important it is to our community that they have a fun, comfortable and safe learning environment. We will be using our book bins so that students can spend less time searching for their leveled books and more time actually reading them. We will be using the crates to help organize our classroom materials so that when we need different materials we don't have to spend important instruction time to go get these different items around our room and they will be located at each group of desk.
