My students are reading on a kindergarten level , and resources and handouts are needed to help me to facilitate their lessons and to teach more effectively. Having a printer in my class will make the copies available right away. My kids will also benefit from having a listening center. They learn literacy by listening to stories. A listening center will help children see how words on a page can come alive in an expressive way. By listening they can also build their vocabulary through listening to stories, and more importantly it increases their level of comprehension. Your generous donations will improve our classroom by building stronger readers and writers. My goal is to make my students more comfortable in learning by providing them with the necessary accommodations that will make their learning experiences go more smoothly.
