Our students will return to school full time for the first time in a year and a half. For some of my students, this will be their first time in school since the pandemic started. We are trying to provide them with the best protection to ensure their safety. Along with the use of facial masks, our students have been provided with desk shields. Unfortunately the desk shields provided, are very big for our first grade learners and they fall of the desk easily. They are also made of cardboard and that makes it difficult to sanitize properly. With a full class of first graders, that makes it difficult for a successful year.
