I have high energy students who need an outlet during the unpredictable Missouri weather. We have no where to play during inclement weather. Our new building is a converted assisted living center and there is no indoor play space aside from the classroom. This indoor exercise equipment will give my students the opportunity to expend excess energy which will in turn increase their attention span in other areas. When their bodies are calm they are able to participate in other activities such as listening to stories, answering questions, playing in centers meaningfully, and it will help cut down on impulsive negative behaviors such as hitting, shoving, and running.
