These books will allow my students to be introduced to books of our childhood such as The Magic Tree House series. These books made a difference for our generation and now it's time to give that same love for reading to the next. Books have always had the power to change lives by allowing kids to use their imagination to take them to places that they may never otherwise get to experience. My students are book-loving, avid readers, and enthusiastic learners. Many of my students do not have access to books at home and rely on the classroom library to check out high-quality books. I want to give them the opportunity to learn about time periods, animals, and people that they otherwise would never get to experience.
