Being a librarian is difficult. Not only do you have to worry about the thousands of books under your supervision, you also have to worry about the hundreds of students as well. Will you have all of the books and resources to meet their needs? Will your library be an inviting place where they want to spend their free time? Will you be able to stay up to date with your technology? I don't just want my kids to exceed, I want to inspire them to want to excel. I recently added four more computers to meet the needs of our class size. Unfortunately, I don't have enough chairs for all of them. That's why I want four wobble chairs. My students have a hard time sitting still and an even more difficult time focusing. If I can provide them with flexible seating I have no doubt their focus will improve and they will have all of the tools needed to excel.
