Our current circumstance and having to teach virtually makes exploring art materials difficult. Our students do not have the luxury of being in the classroom where they are normally provided with these materials and they take turns exploring. I would like to provide my students with the materials so that they have opportunities at home to build and develop valuable skills. Through art, children are analyzing, problem-solving, learning basic math, dabbling into science, learning how to make mistakes, and boosting their self-confidence. My little artist will benefit greatly from getting new materials to use at home. All the art materials will be divided amongst the class and sent home. Students will be able to use the materials given during our weekly art activities. They can continue to build their fine motor skills, creativity, and many other skills while being engaged and having fun.
