My students have a very limited view of the world since we live in a very rural setting. I would like to be able to print different vocabulary words, alphabet, colors, and other things learned in kindergarten and first grade. When printing in black and white the pictures are sometimes hard to tell what the object is. This project will allow me to print nice colorful pictures to display across the classroom. By having this printer it will help my students be able to tell the difference between snow-covered hills and the desert. It will help them see the different colors out in the world as they are still learning about everything around them. I would like to help my students learn better by being able to display pictures that look nice and are colorful. The old saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words" by Fred R. Banard is why I think this project is important. My students deserve to be able to see things in color clearly to be able to process the information.
