During independent learning time, students will be able to choose the seating/standing options that best help them stay focused! Right now, I have several students who prefer to stand to do their work. Others like regular seating while some prefer to be on the floor. My classroom right now does not allow for this type of learning in a very comfortable setting. I notice that students are more engaged and less disruptive when they are given a choice of where to work! I have chosen a large variety of products including high tables, exercise balls, and floor seating that I feel will best suit my students' needs without adding too much of a distraction!
