The items I requested will serve an important purpose for my classroom. I was fortunate enough to receive an iPad cart of 30 iPad minis to utilize within my classroom. They are a great tool for math apps, reading books on line, phonics programs, and researching animals. The only problem is we have no iPad covers or headphones. Seven and eight year olds are very active and the iPad cases will be a huge investment to our class. There isn't money in our budget for covers and there are some screens already cracked. Even when my students are doing their best to be careful, the ipads sometimes get dropped. My students are also in need of headphones to use when working with the iPads so they don't disturb others around them. There are only a few students who have headphones and many families are not able to supply them for their child. The iPads are an excellent resource to enhance my students educational experience.
