I want to make sure my students have the materials they need to succeed, so I just created a request for my classroom at DonorsChoose.org: Improving organization during small group instruction. Also, the psychological impact of Hurricane Harvey has been considerable on my students and they have also suffered the consequences of this natural disaster. In this sense, school provides them a way of escaping daily worries and a safe place for learning and having fun.
