Moving to a new country is especially difficult when you don't know the language and can't communicate. My kindergarten students have recently arrived from different Spanish-speaking countries, have not attended school and know little, if any English. These students experience the most success when they are provided with the resources they need to learn English and are able to be educated in their native language.
