While my students have a variety of learning materials available to them, they do not have access to high interest learning materials at home. In fact, many of my students do not have access to up to date, high interest books at home, or at school. Our district has recently come out of bankruptcy, and while it is on the rise, we still have work to do. This project will allow me to give my students access to books, and reading materials to meet their needs. In addition, adding new books to our classroom library will promote a love of reading and learning.
