With only a small office, I tend to work with my students in non classroom environments when providing their literacy interventions. The travel white board, along with the clipboards will allow me to create a classroom environment, regardless of where I am in the building. The colored pencils will provide us the opportunity to color code our tools for literacy strategies: identifying important information, difficult vocabulary and phonological awareness. While traveling and working with multiple groups of students a day, having the ability to laminate my reading materials ensures that they will last for years to come! The chart paper allows us to save our work from a day to day basis, display literacy strategies and create anchor charts to assist with the literacy interventions.
