I am asking for four boxed sets of books on topics including Outer Solar System, Community Helpers, Biographies, and Animals. These materials will help nurture my students desire to learn. Books have the ability to transport us to new worlds and new ideas. They will introduce my students to new vocabulary words and help ignite their imaginations. Books are a wonderful stepping stone to literacy and writing. Students will become inspired by these books and will develop a strong interest in stories and language development. Classroom libraries are vital for the academic success of every student. Read aloud is something that I would like to pursue and with the help of these books, I will be able to do so. All students deserve a chance to higher learning. Books are a fabulous asset that every classroom should have. From Miss Nelson is Missing to Pete the Cat, my students will develop a strong bond to characters that they never knew existed before. My students deserve a classroom library that has various genres and topics that they will engage their interests. Please help me enhance my classroom and improve my classroom library.
