I am a 10th grade geometry teacher at YES Prep Eisenhower High School, which is an open-enrollment public charter school system serving Houston's most underserved communities. 100% of my students are on the free-reduced lunch program and most of my students are also considered "at risk." Our district's mission is to increase the number of students from underserved communities who graduate from college, and on my campus, we are creating the next generation of life-long learners who are prepared to lead, innovate, and create positive change in the world around them!
