Flexible seating will give my students choices as well as increase sustained student engagement and participation. Instead of expecting students to stay actively working in their hard desk chairs, students can enjoy the responsibility of choosing a strategic workspace and take their learning more seriously. My ultimate goal is to provide my students with the ability to identify the seating arrangements that work best for them to learn and focus. Allowing for more movement with these materials will help improve my students’ focus, retention of information, critical thinking skills, and sensory regulation. Your donation to our project will be greatly appreciated.
