The students I teach are from many different countries around the world. They have been in ESL for many years, and I would like to teach them the skills they need to read and write for the demands of today's world. In our classroom, they learn how to collaborate with their peers using accountable talk and a variety of collaborative tasks to improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills in English, which is their second language. I am so proud of the progress they made in the first semester! They worked very hard to learn a lot of English in lots of fun and exciting ways.

About my class
