Technology in the classroom has a positive impact on the education of young children today. Unfortunately, my students do not have access to a computer within the classroom. I want to change this. By providing laptops for the children to use in the classroom, the students' learning experience will be enhanced. Having laptops in the classroom will give the students many opportunities to apply their learning. They will use the laptops in moderation to engage in educational activities and programs, such as Accelerated Reader and ABC Mouse. These programs will allow the students to work on their skills across all subjects.
